It's possible configure this feature on callmanager 8.6?
If yes can I've an example?
I'dont have any idea regarding this feature.

This isn't part of the CUCM feature set. You have to get an add on to do this. Cisco, I believe do one, as do various third parties.
You can also buy this as a service (you redirect the call to a company and they generate the email for you)
