Hi,

I am a UC engineer - who recently has been given the responsibilty to shoulder the FAX issues with the Cisco Clients -- I am totally new to the FAX troubleshooting world -- and where as googling may help a lot for cisco documents -- would like to garner first hand knoweldge here -- what commands and issues / documents that should come in handy as I learn on my way to work .

Would appreciate some sort of guidance on this.

Thanks.

Abhishek Singh

To be really solid on fax, you need to read one of those books chris recommended. In addition, I have used this excellent practical document

I suggest you this link:

It was created by Gonzalo Salgueiro, co-author of "Fax, Modem, and Text for IP Telephony"

To me, is one of the greatest docs I'ver seen
