Hello All,
I need to register a PAK license for 10-pack of Unified CM Licenses on CUCM v6.1. The cisco website wants the mac address of the NIC of the publisher. How do I pull this information up?

Hi,
you can go to the server and check the mac address label on the server and take mac address for NIC 1
or connect via CLI run command "show tech network interfaces"
or go to os administration then show then network
you can use one of the above to find the mac address

Hi,
when you get the license from cisco, go ccm administration page, then to system menu, then license menu, you will find sub menu called "upload license". from that page you can upload the license file you have.
