I want know in general devices ...

For example:

If I need replace a hard Driver on MCS7845I3. How find the Part number for that? There any command on CUCM to get it?

Hi

The serial number of MCS7845I3 will be used to get the hard-drive replacement.

You need to open a case with TAC and also should reach out to the IBM team to verify if the hard-drive is good or bad.
