Hi Team
I have an issue in Finesse. After user logged into Finesse, the Ready/ Not Ready is not appearing on the screen.
it is missing. what could be issue. what configuration is missing ?

If the "Ready / Not Ready" status is missing from the Cisco Finesse screen, here are a few things to check:
Agent State Configuration:
Finesse Desktop Layout:
Finesse User Permissions:
Finesse Server Connectivity:
Browser Cache/Settings:
Restart Finesse Desktop:

Thank you ILoveBGP for the inputs
we are using UCCX server. The user is using browser to login to finesse.
it is not working for this user only, other users, the Ready/Not Ready is appearing.
