If the "Ready / Not Ready" status is missing from the Cisco Finesse screen, here are a few things to check:
Agent State Configuration:
Verify that the agent state configuration is correctly set up in the Finesse administration portal.
Ensure that the "Ready/Not Ready" button is enabled in the agent’s state configuration.
Finesse Desktop Layout:
Sometimes the layout might have been changed. Ensure that the "Ready/Not Ready" button is part of the layout for the agent.
You can check and modify the layout via the Finesse admin settings.
Finesse User Permissions:
Make sure the user has the correct permissions. The user must have access to the features required to change their status.
Finesse Server Connectivity:
Confirm that the Finesse server is correctly communicating with the back-end systems (like CUCM and UCCE). Any issues with server connectivity could affect the availability of buttons.
