Firmware for Cisco 6921

Hello,

We have a client with Cisco 6921 IP Phones in a CUCM 7.1.5.31900-3. They want to increase the range of "Busy Trigger" from 1 to 2 but they cannot do it. The version of the firmware is 9.0.3.0.

Is there any firmware version that could allow to increase to 2 the Busy Trigger?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Patricio,

You have to be running CUCM 8.6X or higher (it was fixed in 8.6) to be able to change Bussy Trigger for Cisco 6921 Phones, changing the firmware not matter what new it's will not work.
