I have the following issue with a firmware upgrade/downgrade.
We have some 7925 phones and they are manually installed with firmware 1.4.4.3
But the load info doesn't show in the CCM 7.15.
So i contacted Cisco to help me out on this one.
We did some traces from the TFTP server and we found out he looks for the WLAN<macadres>.cnf.xml file but he doesn't find it.
If i try to download it with tftp32 it doesn;t find it either. He does find the SEP<macadres>.cnf.xml file.
If i start the phone he says that he can't download the firmware.
If i change the phone load name to 1.4.1 he also doesn't find it. Because he keeps looking for the WLAN file.
In the traces he also looks for the cp79251.4.1.loads file and he can;t find that one either.
But if i download the cp79251.4.1.loads with tftp32 i can download it.
As long as he doesn't get his firmware from the CCM, the CCM can't identify the proper version and some functions are not working propperly.
Anyone any idea?
