Firmware of SIP 7911 7942 7941 for CME 12

Please advise, we have CME 8.1 installed and working , we are upgrading to CME 12, will the load files work already in flash work, or do i need to have them upgrade too.

if upgrade of firmware is required , please direct to page.

Its not mandatory, but its a best practice to keep them upgraded. The phone will work with the existing firmware.
