Hello folks..
I am facing an issue.
I am trying to do forward all .
But i am not able to do.
Any threads...please suggest
Cucm version: 11.5.1
From cucm, admin page I can give a forward all..but at user end they are not able to input anything when they press forward all key
It's gives a busy tone

Do you have a CSS that allows you to reach out the DN you're dialing?
What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Yes..I do have CSS. This scenario was working fine.
i have pcap captures and sdl logs.
from sip traces came to see the server responding with 487.

Restarted both the nodes (pub and sub)..but still there is no hope..

if it not working at all, or just certain numbers?
did you try using the dialed number analyser to sanity check the Call Fwd CSS?
