Hi All,
Our customer had request to forward call from External to Mobile Phone, if Extension busy.
I already configured it on our CUCM Lab.
Internal Extension ==> the Selected Extension ==> No Answer or Busy ==> Forwarded to Phone Number ==> OK Success
External Call ==> the Selected Extension ==> No Answer or Busy ==> Forwarded to Phone Number ==> Failed
Any advice?

Hi,
You should put the number under "forward Busy Internal" and "forward Busy external" and then assigned correct CSS in front to reach the partition of route pattern that would send the call out.

I edited the question into "No Answer" or "Busy"
Yes I already put number on forward Busy external and no answer external, but it still failed if it come from external call to the selected extension
Internall call to selected extension already OK.
