Hi,
I have an issue with one phone extension only registered to 3 Cisco Phones (DX80, 8861, 8841). when i call it ring for 1 time then forward the call to Cisco unity, so how can i disable the forwarding call.

Here is the call forward setting
I already change the ring duration to 15 Seconds bas still have the same issue.

Mr Marie,
According to that screen shot, you don't have it forwarding to vm or any other destination. None of the boxes are checked and there is no destination listed next to it. Are they getting to the correct vm or are the getting the Cisco Unity attendant?
