Hi my fellow pros,
First of all thank you for taking the time to help... in the community. A big KOODO!
Here it's... I have a Unified Communication deployments with one cluster(one pub and one sub) connected via WAN... All works great, except Regular extension(desk phone) to CSQ ext. transfers failed!
Most of our agent are registered with the pub servers... and transfers to the CSQ from phone register in pub works just fine. However, extension registered in sub CAN'T called the CSQ... which resolve in people in our remote site CAN'T transfer calls directly to extension assigned to CSQ!
And yes, the sub partition,on which the call is placed, does have access to the CSS apply to the CSQ line! Therefore, i am not sure what else to check in order to resolve this issue?
Your suggestions, opinions are welcome.
Thanks

You need to ensure the CSS from calling device has access not just to the partition used by the CTI Route Point triggering the call to specific CSQ, but also the partition of the CTI Ports associated with CCX.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the prompt reply. However, i have double/triple check the CSQ partition does register with UCCX... and this is why other extension can call it.

Please re-read my reply, there is a difference between CTI Route Points and CTI Ports. You need to make sure both partitions (if they are different) are listed in the CSS.

Hi Chris,
Sorry for the late reply here....
Both CTI RT and CTI Port have access to the CSS from the caller phone.
Thanks for the help.

It seems that i had ran into a bug or something as a full reboot of the pub and sub has corrected the fixed the issues with no change whatsoever!
