Hi,
we have recently migrated a CUCM from 7.1 to 9.1. The customer has told us that before the migration, if they forward an extension to a hunt group, the person who receives the call can see from whom the call was forwarded. Before the migration, they cannot see this info. We haven't made any changes in the config and we don't know where the problem resides.
Any idea?
Regards

Hi Antonio,
You are most correct my friend, there was a change in this behavior between CUCM 7.x and CUCM 8.x. Have a look at this thread where we discuss the parameter;
"Display Hunt Pilot Name or DN for Hunt Group Calls when Alerting" --> Setting this to "false" will show the originally called number in a call forward scenario.

Hi,
we have checked that this information is correctly configured (we have imported the config in the new platform).

Hi Rob,
yes, the problem seems to be related to this.
Is it necessary to restart any service after we change the parameter? Although is a service parameter, in other situations was necessary to restart Callmanager Service.
Regards.
