Found the Serial Number

My customer lost the label the serial number CallManager. Is possible found the serial number by software callmanager?

If it's not linux appliance then there is no way other than going to the server itself.

You might also find the information on the purchase order if bought from Cisco.

BTW, you can also use the search feature on NetPro, someone might have asked the same thing before
