Hi Guys

I want to change our 7960G phones from SCCP to SIP

have donwloaded all the required files and uploaded to the router 2821
The debug commands show the phone asking for the files but router responding with no such file found, why is this happening?

No, the phone is still on P003 which is SCCP as I indicated on the logs above its looking for files that are not part of the SIP firmware and stuck at Configuring IP.

1) I downloaded the Firmware from below site and these are the files i Found

So you are missing .sbn file please verify again. This should solve your issue I believe.

Still you are missing the file P003-07-5-00.bin. Please copy all file and it will work.

I have added the file P003-07-5-00.bin but still facing the same issue, phone stuck at configuring IP and reporting Looking for P003-07-5-00.sbn whic I dont have
in my fiiles and doesnt come with the downloaded files?

2) I can see you have the file in flash P003-07-5-00.sbn

3) Can you check if you have added the Alias command for the same? Please paste the output of tftp alias command here.
