Hello,
Faced an issue with the our Analog lines terminated on FXO ports. After long time working fine, the caller-ID stopped displaying for called incoming from the Analog lines on our Gateway conneted to Du telephone provider in Dubai Knowledge Village (Park). Debug vpm signal (attached) was showing the receiving the caller-id was failaing. After contacting the provider, i realized the they are using the ETSI standard, which doesnt match the "cptone AE", as shown from the debug its uses the american standard (BELLCORE). Adding the below commands to the voice-port fixed the issue:-
voice-port 0/0/0
cptone DE
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate
shut
no shut
Then everything started working fine.
Current relecant Gateway config is also attached.
