FXO monitoring

Hi for every body,

I have cisco callmanager ver 7.1 and MGCP gateway that contains 12 FXO lines , the customer needs his operator that has 7865 phone with 2 expansion module to monitor all these lines in which if he has a call from any person needs to make an external call he can know the status of the external lines before he try to make the call.

also I have another issue I configured access code 9 to access the extenal line so I need to configure a boutton to call external lines without he dial 9.

The "sh voice call summary" will show you the status of the ports.

First I'd like to thank you for your reply , but what I need to monitor the fxo ports from the operator phone button not from the CLI of the VG
