Grab the output of 'debug vpm sig'  so we can see what's being passed from the telco.  Also, can you post your voice-port config?

The thing is, when clid doesn't work, debug vpm signal reveals absolutely nothing.

What is the Quality of the Audio after the call is answered?

Is the audio low and noisy or strong and clear.?

What is the length of the Copper Facility to the Central office of the Telco?

Have you had the Teclo measure the line readings. If the line voltage and wattage is to low the Clid may be corrupt, and only show up a times.

Do you have more that one FXO line? If so do they work right? Can you swap them around to see if the trouble follows to a new FXO port.
