FXO port on ISR 4331 strip first digit Incoming calls

Hello Everybody,

We have installed ISR 4331K9 as Voice Gateway, with 3 FXO Cards (4 ports)

we have an issue that when someone make a call from PSTN to these FXO lines, the IP Phone displays just Nine Digits.

the Caller ID's like 06XXXXXXXX, the IP Phone displays just 6XXXXXXXX.

This is an example of my FXO port's Config :

voice-port 0/1/0
cptone FR
timeouts interdigit 2
connection plar opx 104
impedance complex2
caller-id enable

Take  debug voice ccapi inout, verify the caller ID telco sending.if telco is providing you caller-ID 06XXXXXXXX, Check both CUCM and gateway if any translations applied.
