FXS Port goes into Park State After Router Reload

Hi,

  We are having an issue with FXS card. The Ports goes into FXSLS_PARK State. This happens when the router loses its power and gets reload. After checking with cisco TAC, they had to replace the card and then it works fine. I tried to do shut and no shut after removing the amphenol cable but still the ports shows Park State. I'm not able to figure out if its an IOS issue or Router is not properly supporting the card? If any one has seen the park state issue for FXS port, please  provide your inputs. i have seen few more forums to disable crtp and enable fast switching or vice-versa but its not helping.

Reset the dsp.

test dsp device [SLOT ID] [DSP ID, all] reset   command

This should help.

Thanks kevin for the reply. I did a test on voice port and it came to on-hook. DSP looks fine and there is no issue.

Command: test voice port 1/x/x detector ring-trip off and the ports came on hook, but the issue is after disabled the same port goes to offhook state.

test voice port 1/x/x detector ring-trip disable. This disabled the testing.
