Hi,
We have a Cisco Gatekeeper with an Avaya server. Calls come through the Gatekeeper to this Avaya server. Now we recently added one more avaya server. What we require now is to deliver the call Avaya B server when the Avaya A server is down. Can someone please let me know what configuration needs to be done in Gatekeeper to achieve this ?
The Cisco Gatekeeper config is given below

You can add the another zone prefix for another zone with different priority:
zone prefix <gk_id> <e.164_pattern> gw-priority <0-10> command

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your advice just to check if I understood it correct, I have to add
zone prefix IN1-AVAYA-CM 111.....gw-priority 1
zone prefix IN2-AVAYA-CM 111.....gw-priority 2

Yes, however higher the gw-priority the more preferred it is, so gw-priority 2 would be preferred over 1:

Hi Chris,
In this case it is asking for H323-ID
zone prefix IN1-AVAYA-CM 111.....gw-priority 10 ?
WORD H323-ID of gateway with this zone prefix priority
What would this be in my case ?
When I stop with zone prefix IN1-AVAYA-CM 111.....gw-priority 10. It says incomplete command

If you issue "show gatek end" does it show H323 IDs for the Avayas?
