Hi,
When users receive incoming calls from PSTN, on their IP phones they have 0000 before the number.
When i make a "test voice translation-rule", translation-rule change the calling number from 9 to 11 digits, and it' is OK.
When i turn on a debug isdn q931 on gateway, calling number is displayed correctly with 9 digits.
Someone has an idea ?
Thanks for your help
Daeve
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /\(^.........$\)/ /00\1/
rule 2 /\(^..........$\)/ /0\1/
rule 3 /\(^...........$\)/ /000\1/
rule 4 /\(^............$\)/ /000\1/
rule 5 /\(^.............$\)/ /000\1/
rule 6 /\(^..............$\)/ /000\1/
rule 7 /\(^...............$\)/ /000\1/

Can you attach your running config?

Hi Daeve,
If i am not wrong, i believe you would like to see the caller id on the IP phones as a 11 digit number instead of 9 digit number. If that is it then your voice translation rule should work. It just depends on where(incoming voice port, dial-peer etc.) you have applied the voice translation profile. Apply it on the voice-port in the incoming direction and things should work fine.
If it doesnt then post the relevant config alongwith the output of 'debug isdn q931' here.
Hope that helps
Regards
Nitesh
