Is it possible to take report of number of incoming Call/Outgoing calls/Missed calls for a particular extension in CUCM ? or using any other method.

Assuming you have CDR enabled on your servers, yes, you can use CAR for that
If you do not have CDR enabled, no way to get records until you enable it, and you only get info from that point going forward.

The builtin CAR is probably the quickest way to get your answer, however if you are looking for other options, you could checkout VoIP Detective. There is a free version that will give you call reports on any call across your cluster for the previous 7 days.
