Generate route patterns from a list of numbers in a text file

I was just wondering if anyone may be aware of any tool to automate the generation of route patterns. What I am looking for is a tool that I could point to a text file or spread sheet that contains up to 10K random numbers, the tool would then generate the most efficient route patterns that would cover all these numbers in the list. I would then import these into CUCM.

I am thinking the same tool could also be used for dial peers.

If there is nothing, I may try to develop something myself.

I haven't seen any tool to do what you're asking.

There is no tool for this. you are best off creating a column in XLS with the numbers from top to bottom (high to low)  and break it up in summarisations.  10K is gonna be a lot of work though
