Generating SNMP trap when no outside lines are available

Is there an SNMP trap that the voice gateway router (3845) will generate when their are no channels available to send a call to the PSTN? I have had users complain about outside calls not working randomly and I want to be able to get notified anytime a user can't call out because no lines are available. Thanks!

use the command : snmp-server enable traps isdn  with chan-not-avail option
