getting busy tone in outgoing call

Hi

The issue i am facing is strange the issue is like.

when i am using my ip phone to dial a pstn mobile/landline number sometimes continiuosly it gives busy tone for 3 to 4 times and after that when i dial again the call get connected properly. I have checked the same from my cell number but still the problem is there the problem is occuring from last 6 to  days.

the problem is from most of the ip phones

the details of my ios and call manager are as follows:

cucm 7.0(1)

ios: c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-3i.bin

has anyone from this community faced any issue like this plz let me know.

Can you debug isdn q931 from the gateway and watch the call? It will tell you the reason for error. It is sounding like you will find "resource unavailable" error, possibly running out of channels in your PRI.

I dont think this is due to resources unavailibility issue
