getting multipling SIP diversion headers under SIP Profile

Hello,

Had an issue recently where any calls to a Verizon Mobile number would get a fast busy signal.  These outbound calls were going out our Verizon SIP trunks.  Turns out there were 12 duplicate Diversion Header entries under the voice class sip-profile which was causing the issue on the Verizon side.  I had to remove them all but one to fix the issue.

request INVITE sip-header Diversion add "Diversion: <sip:6169324055@10.1.0.12>"

I am positive the Diversion Headers were not manually entered and I have run into this once in the past.  Does anyone have any idea what this would replicate itself on the router?

running CUCM 8.5

Cisco 2821 12.4(20)T6

SIP Cube:

sip-ua

set pstn-cause 1 sip-status 503

set pstn-cause 102 sip-status 503

retry invite 2

retry bye 2

retry cancel 2

retry options 2

sip-server ipv4:172.30.212.49:5384

g729-annexb override

Thanks!

Cant say that I have ever seen CUCM injecting diversion header commands on the IOS itself

If you have a daily auth backup of your router config or some form of aaa control you should be able to go back and audit the change :-)
