Got stuck with Registration in progress 7821

Hi all,

   I cannot get my phone registered, The display says Registration in progress, I recently changed my 7821 model phone from a different physical location now after connecting it got stuck with this message need assistance to solve this issue.

Upon checking the network step ipv4 setup IP got assigned but unable to reach this IP from the web browser but the same IP pinging

Subsequent checking with the status message shows TFTP Error: SEPD4ADBDF47780.cnf.xml and No Trust List Installed

also, I tried multiple factory resets and still same issue.

Hi

 I would check a few things.

Does the phone is connected in a interface with Voice vlan configured properly?

Does the DHCP scope from where it gets its IP address is informing the proper TFTP server?

You should check the network side config:

DHCP with option 150 that points to the right IP of the TFTP server 
Also, the Switch Access port configuration should include the voice VLAN 

Almost all registration issues are network related
