Good afternoon all,
anybody can suggest the best wey to gracefully restart a Gateway inside a Route Group.
The Route Group has 2 GW so idealy we would like to issue a command that would move all new calls to the other GW and as soon as existing calls are terminated on the first one, restart it or shut it down.
The 2 GWs are MGCP controlled.
Thank you for your advice,
F

I use this trick. During low traffic hours I use the command "mgcp block-newcalls" on the gateway. Then I schedule a night reload with "reload in" command.
Regards.

That's exactly what I needed.
This way I can keep monitoring new calls coming in and reboot when the router is empty.
I believe it was made on purpose for these cases.
Thanks,
Francesco
