HI
I have to set up remotely a BRI connection to a GSM gateway on a Callmanager MGCP gateway.
So my cisco 2951 has the following port set up
int BRI0/1/1
isdn switch-type basic-net3
isdn point-to-point-setup
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn bind13 ccm-manager service mgcp
However when i do a show ISDN stat
Layer 1 status:
ACTIVE
Layer 2 Status:
TEI = 255, ces=1, SAPI=0, State = ESTABLISH_AWAITING_TEI
So i belive my cable is OK but signalling is not, the gateway manufacture is Spainish and here is the link.
Has anyone experience of this product, maybe we have a spanish cisco guy out there who has this working, any help will be greatly welcomed.

Hi
Would that be the TEI Mode* seting under the gateway config?
Im trying to find an english version of the GSM device setup but so far no luck
Thanks for you reply.

That would be "isdn static-tei 0" in interface router config.
