I already configured a SIP trunk to GSM Gateway. And also a route pattern for outbound calls. But when I tried to call a mobile number, only busy tone heard. I change anything and do the troubleshooting but it seems the GSM Gateway is not working or is it my SIP trunk did not work. Can you help me to figure it out please.

Hi,
Is it Neogate GSM gateway or Please mention the vendor for the same.
Please try to send the traffic as UDP transport from your sip profile associated to SIP Trunk.
Can you see the logs from CUCM as what message is received from far end.
Also make sure SIM cards are inserted properly, activated and getting signal as well

Hi Rajkumar,
Clients' Vendor is Voice Fidelity. And please be informed that I tried already using UDP but same issue persist. I captured logs from RTMT Session trace. Kindly see attached photos. And Im sure that SIM card is getting signal because I tried insert it to a cellphone and call the number for isolation purpose and it is ringing.
Attached also was the diagram from the session trace. And please correct me if I'm wrong. it seems that there is no connection from the GSM Gateway to CUCM.
For the session trace, I got termination cause code 1459617833 and it means that 503 Service Unavailable.

send us the call traces coming from CUCM for a particular test call to a mobile sent to the GSM from a CUCM point of veiw, the "service unavailable" comes from your GSM gateway, so its not happy about something the CUCM is sending

Hi,
Many third party SIP/GSM gateways don't support SIP delayed offer and by default, CUCM sends INVITE without SDP offer. You would like to change it to SIP early offer in CUCM and see if it makes any difference.
Other than that, did you ensure dial plan in GSM gateway is configured properly to handle call with specific called party number?

I feel your GSM gateway is not configured properly especially Routing in GSM gateway and add all nodes of CUCM in GSM gateway.

I checked all logs i only see the the options ping to 172.16.4.10, no calls going to this IP address.
Please send relevant logs with calling and called number.
