Please put " file privilege 0" command in global mode and then check once, in case it doesn't work then can u attach show run.

Don´t work!!! Is necessary restart the router ??

Not required, try to put below command..

ip http authentication local

Few more points to do..

1. Is proxy setting on browser okay ?

2. Is there any access list configured in router which may bock HTTP.

3. Connect laptop directly to the router and check once, doing this we can rule out any network issue if there it is.

4. Lastly, try to delete gui files from flash and install again.

Verify that you have configured the following on your CME in order to access the GUI:

2. The following commands configured need to be configured in order to enable the access for the GUI:

ME-RTR#show runn | beg ip http

ip http server
ip http path flash:

3. Ensure that you have created a web administrator and password under the telephony-services on your CME/IOS router as shown below. This user name and password will be used to authenticate while retrieving information from the Cisco Call Manager Express during the Init Wizard phase:

telephony-service

web admin system name cisco password cisco
    dn-webedit
    time-webedit

4. Once you have done/verified the above mentioned configuration, please try to get into the GUI, if the issue persists, please provide the output of "show tech" from your CME along with the output of the following debug:

-debug ip http all

Good day!!

One question the files is in flash0://GUI/

and the path is fine ?? flash0:/GUI or not ?'

The other command telephony-service is fine!!
