GUI is not working in cme 4.1(0)

Hi Team,

Kindly help on below issue.

Gui is not working, It is showing blank page.

troublshooting steps was carried as follow

1:- i deleted flash/gui files then downloaded  gui file(CME GUI Version 4.1.0.2 ) then i coppied it in flash
CME GUI Version 4.1.0.2 which is compatible with IOS release 12.4(11)XJ and 12.4(15)T releases

    ip http server
    ip http authentication local
    ip http secure-server
    ip http path flash:
    web admin system name Admin password cisco
    dn-webedit
    time-webedit

3:- CME version ----> 4.1(0)
     Router Platform-->2801
     CME GUI --->Version 4.1.0.2
    IOS --- Version 12.4(15)T7

Kindly find the sho version, sho telephony service, sho flash , sho inventory
and sho run,

On your list of files I think you may have missed one

Can you show the flash

See if you have a file called

admin_user.html

Are your GUI files in a folder on your flash called "GUI" like mine? If so, then you need:

ip http path flash:/gui
