If I simply explain the network of mine is that we have a CUCM with some IP Phones , and also the CUCM has a SIP trunk configured to a gateway which then connects to a analogue PBX via a DPNSS link. Calls can be made between the CUCM IP phones and the Analogue phones connected to the analogue pbx via the SIP trunk and all looking good. When I put the call on hold from an IP phone, the analogue phone can hear the music on hold fine up to 2 mins 40 seconds, then the music on hold starts to distort.
I am just wondering, if anyone has experienced the above and if so know what is causing the issue? Thank you
