[Help] - CP-8845 - Cisco IP Phone for 3rd Party Call Control cant video call on 3CX

Hi every body

I am testing 8845 IP phone, this phone is Cisco IP Phone for 3rd. i config and it can register to 3CX but i cant video call with extension another. Can u help me fix this issue ?

Hi there,



I enabled all three video codecs, upgraded the firmware to
'sip8845_65.11-3-4MPP0001-374.loads' and now it's working.
