Help - incoming calls doesn't work

Hello!

Could you please give any advice. Incoming calls from pstn doesn't work. Call flow is ISP -> CUBE -> CUCM. Debug in attachment.

I can see two issues here.

First CUBE is not sending INVITE to CUCM (or debugs are incomplete?) and straightaway sending 200 OK back to provider. Please share the running config.

Second CUBE is getting disconnect (BYE) from ISP. Once looking after running config, we may need to report this to ISP.

Add following commands under dial-peer voice 20 voip and share the result;

voice-class sip bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0.99
 voice-class sip bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0.99

Now signaling is ok but there is no RTP to the PSTN. RTP from PSTN is ok.

Phone IP address seems 192.168.103.60.

Loopback address in gateway is 192.168.255.139 and this is bind for SIP while communicating with CUCM.

As you are saying there is no RTP to PSTN, we first need to check whether phone is sending RTP to gateway or not on loopback interface. Can you cross verify your network and see 192.168.103.60 can ping the routers loopback interface. 

During call, access the phone GUI page and see (under stream page) if RTP is flowing to routers loopback interface.

Also get the output of show voip rtp connection

I solved the problem with RTP. It was a route to 10.65.102.6. Now everything is ok.
