i have call manager cluster version 7.1.5 , PUB and one SUB , the SUB always has high CPU always in these range 64 , 70 , 76
and never get below than 64 , the real time monitoring tells that Ctimanager take always over 30 % and ccm about 19 % or more and
Tomcat 8% or more .
can any one please help how to solve this high CPU , it is urgent .

Hi,
Have you try restarting the server?
Sometime service gets stuck and start to consume a lot of memory/cpu like for example Tomcat. There some bug regarding these cases.

What MCS model? How many phone do you have registered? How many call do you process simultaneously?...
Maybe you're reaching the maximun call you can handle....

Do not know exactly , but this high CPU also after working hours, I will visit the site tomorrow and asking about this ctimanager which cause this high CPU and to know how start troubleshooting .
