Hello,

The scenario that need to be deployed is that Phone-A are in HUNTGROUP-1 .Also Phone-A is involved in HUNTGROUP-2. Since Phone-A is being intersected into two groups, When applying the softkey Hlog on Phone-A ,Is there anyway that user can choose to logout from one of the associated groups or when logging out it just logs out from all the groups that it associated to by default.

Please advise.

Thanks

Hi there,

Sorry...it's all or nothing;

Because the Log Out of Hunt Groups feature is  device-based, when the user enables the feature by pressing the HLog  softkey, the phone gets logged off from all associated line groups. If a  phone has directory numbers that belong to multiple line groups,  pressing the HLog softkey logs the phone out of all associated line  groups.
