I thought this would be an easy thing but it's not working. I need to have hold music play when an extension puts someone on hold. I made the selection in Call Manager (User Hold MOH Audio Source and Network Hold MOH Audio Source) however it's not working, nothing is played. Where do I make this change? What do I need to check? Thank you!

I figured out what the issue was. The file I was selecting for User Hold MOH Audio Source was corrupt or missing. I selected a different file and it works now.
Nithin, thanks for the document. I'm going to review it. There's always more to learn!

I see you got it working. But, just wanted to add to this. If you are adding an moh file you must add it to all servers. If you select a file and that file is not on the server that the phone is registered to, you will get an error.
