host not found error CP 7942g

Hi
i have configured extension mobility on CUCM 10.5 but i faced the error message (host not found )when i press service button on some phones 7942g but others work fine
all ip phones are the same  (7942) and also have similar configuration

A couple of things that you can try are :

Try deleting the ITL file on affected phones.

Unsubscribe and resubscribe the extension mobility service on IP phones.

If the issue persists, get a packet capture from the ip phone while reproducing the issue.

Make sure DNS reliance is disabled by putting in the IPs for all the service URLs as well.  This can cause the issue.
