As the conversational title says, when my clients try to go to the services buttion and select a service, there is an error msg saying "Host not found". Can somebody give me ideas?
On the CM Admin Page, go to System ---> Enterprise Parameters and for all the service URLs (http://) change it to the IP Address of the CallManager instead of hostname.
