How call pick up logged in CDR

When user is pickup call from another extentsion how CDR capture this. I have a scenario like an external call from ITSP is coming to a internal extesion number (1111) and from that phone call is forwarded to an another phone (2222). But user is answering the call by (3333) another phone using call pickup. How CDR capture this.

Original called number is the number was called and final called number is
the number picked the call.

Hi mohammed, thank you for your explaination . does the forwarded number logged in the CDR or directly pick up number as the destination.
