We have 8 PRI links, we are facing busy tone issue on certain hours, is there any way to check my voice call utilization status.

You can use RTMT to see how many calls you have active in Real Time, I think I remember this right..
1. In RTMT under CALLMANAGER on the left
2. Expand CallProcess
3. Select Gateway Activity
4. Under Gateway Type select PRI
You can also setup custom threshold alerts to monitor for when you go above a defined number. Doing this you could get historical tracking on PRI usage so for example having 8 PRIs you could say if my active usage goes above 170 channels or roughly 90% of 8 PRis then trigger an alert.
Prime Collaboration AA gives you the same information though with a much prettier interface then RTMT. Additionally the Prime Collab approach makes it easy to see saturation over time which is what you are looking for.
Also from your router you can do show voice call summary though obviously that is real time.

Thanks Andrew, I always try CLI commands but RTMT will be more useful if we can able to understand well.
