How can i monitor IP phone through Callmanager

Hello, i'm new at this and really could use some help. I need to monitor Cisco IP phones through SNMP. I know Cisco IP phones does not support SNMP, but i need to know how i can pull information through SNMP using the call manager. Hope you can help me.

You can use Real Time Monitoring Tool [RTMT] but it wont use SNMP Polling. Check the below link

I need to monitor status of the phone, if it registred, alerts like temperature alerts  and that kind of stuff.
