How to add a new telephone ring tone to a Cisco 7940 series in Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.x?

Hi,

If I would like to have a new ring tone on my phone, how do I add this to the Cisco 7940 series phone?

Is there any special format and/or codex the .wave file has to been in, before I can use it on my phone?

Hi, yes there is specific format and procedure to add new ringtone on CUCM. Please follow the following link, everything is there:
