Dear networkers,
We have Cisco Unified Communications Manager 4.1 installed. CCM users are making outbound calls throught the PSTN to customers, We woulmd likr that only PSTN users can terminate the calls.
Is this possible with CallManager?
Thanks in advance.
Regards.

Hi javalenc,
Thanks for your response.
with CallManager We can personalize the Phon button template: we can for exemple remove the button "End call" in the "connected" status of the call. By this way the ccm users cannot see the soft button "end call" but the problem that ccm endusers can hang up the phone physically and then the call is terminated!
Can we deactivate such thing ?
Best Reagds.
Thanks in advance.

no, you can't. that's why i already mentioned it's not possible
BTW: use terms properly, phone button template is how many lines, SDs, BLFs you have on a phone. softkey template is the one you can change options based on phone state

Think about that. They put the handset on the phone. Then what? The PSTN caller is still on the line? This isn't possible. Not sure why it is needed either.
