How to Config Cisco 7841 SIP Phone for Redbox Recorder ?

Hi All,

   I have problem for Cisco 7841 with Redbox Recorder, I use SPAN Port for monitoring the traffic to Recorder Server. On Cisco 79xx , 69xx SCCP Phone It can Record Normally.

You need to talk to Redbox. Nothing to do with the phone.
