How to configure a CTI route point to manage prompts in UCCX

All,

I currently have CTI route points in my environment that when you dial the extension that they are associated with, they direct to lines on CTI Ports dynamically. I need to configure a site that has an auto attendant set up already, but I'm not sure how to get it to point to the script for that site. I'm also not sure how to get the cti route point, when dialed, to redirect to the prompts for that particular site. When you dial the number, it directs you to the cti port and prompts you to enter a pin. How do I set this up or where can I find out documentation on setting this up step by step?

Thanks for all of your assistance in advance.

What version uccx you running?

The applications in uccx define (among other things):

-a trigger number

-a script that is initiated if the trigger number is being dialed

Can you check to see if the application in uccx is associated with the cti ports.

What's a quick way I can check that in UCCX? Thanks Mink.
