Hello,
About call transfer with CCM, a friend told me to try a MTP Hardware.
How to configure it?
Is there any link in the Cisco web page('cause i have not seen)?
Thank you

A link below will describe MTP configuration with CCM.
One thing to note, MTPs are used to provide Empty Capability Set services to h.323 devices that do not support ECS; an h.323 device that cannot setup/teardown RTP streams.
If you only have sccp phones connected to CCM (not CME) you will not need an MTP.
If you use CME you may require MTPs.
If you use CCM InterCluster trunks you may require MTPs.
If you use CCM SIP trunks you will require MTPs.
If you provide your CCM setup and the problem, we may be able to provide you a solution.
Please see the following link for CCM MTPs:

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I've configured the MTP, and it's registerd with the CCM.It's OK.
But now I have another problem. I can transfer the call but there is no sound.
And after 10 seconds the call is stoped.
Have you any issues?

One last note...
A couple of things you will likely need on your CCM system, if you don't have them already, are Transcoder(s) and Conference Bridge(s).
You can find the information on these two items in the same doc link in the previous post.
