How to configure a on-call number in CUCM and show up in self care portal

Hi all,

 

I configured a CTI route point with a DN used for an on-call number for the team. But i do not know how to associate it to Self Care Portal to configure call forwarding. Any suggestion?

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
